Steps to raise a purchase order:

1. Download the purchase order form: Download now!

2. Please, fill in the necessary data and fax it to us: Fax number +36 1 469 0899
3. Please, send a signed purchase order by mail to the following address:
   Trilobita Informatics Co., Nagy Lajos király útja 117, H-1149 Budapest, Hungary
4. Within 24 hours upon receipt of your fax we will send you your individual user login and password. The invoice will be sent by mail.
5. Login with your user name and password at our mediachannel.hu site and start to use our service!
6. The invoice is payable by bank transfer.
